Our Training & Support Programs
Mainstay offers complete Technical Support 24/7 for all of
its software platforms. Should you encounter any technical issues, or require assistance in working through new estimating
or pricing scenarios, a Mainstay Technical Engineer is always at your disposal.
Mainstay also offers:
Public Classes
We regularly hold public training classes in the Denver Metropolitan
area for all of our software products. This is an ideal alternative for organizations with a small number of software users.
In most instances, these classes are comprised of individuals from more than one company. Regional group meetings are also
available outside the Denver Metropolitan area if a group of users from different companies can be brought together in a common
location.
Onsite Training
Alternatively, we will conduct onsite training classes. These
sessions will mirror the online sessions to familiarize users with the software and its capabilities. During these sessions
instructors will also work with newly trained users to ensure internalization of the software by providing support for actual
take-offs. This process will provide a solid classroom experience on the product, as well as the opportunity for users to
fully absorb and solidify the process for its use in “what if” or actual pricing and estimating situations.
Based on our experience, Onsite training is a far more
effective process, especially for large groups of estimators. The Online training can then be used, as necessary, for new
users when follow-up training is necessary for small groups.
Online Training (RapidBOM)
We provide interactive online training via WebEx, when feasible,
for RapidBOM users. During these sessions, users will be taken through the set up and implementation of the software and will
be schooled on how to effectively and efficiently use the software to create faster and higher quality estimates. Online sessions
are also used to support the training or add on needs of existing users for both RapidBOM and PPAS. The cost for this training
is negotiable depending on the scope of the training desired and the number of users to be trained.
